The hotel rooms, overlooking a golf course, are comfortable and offer a lovely view of the back pond. The location is perfect for families with dogs, close to beeches and golf clubs. Although the dining experience was disappointing with limited cheese options, the facilities like the jacuzzi and sauna were impressive.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the golf course and American Golf shop, offering an array of dining choices while being a short drive to Ayrshire's tourist attractions. The rooms may have a slight delay in readiness, but provide a great room-only option with a nominal fee per person. However, the view could be improved by being on the opposite side of the building. The hotel is vibrant but lacks a serene dining atmosphere.
